Yoga Fit Classes are usually shorter classes between 30-45 minutes and are designed to get your heart beat higher, burn more calories and get fit and lean. These classes are a fusion of vinyasa yoga and strength training. They are perfect for when you want to get a workout in but you also feel like calming the mind and getting on your yoga mat. Plus you have the chance to target specific muscle groups such as the core, legs, arms, back and booty. They allow you to get out of your head and into your body. You will leave feeling strong and accomplished, ready for anything the day throws your way. Let’s do this!
