No, this is exactly the reason why I pre-recorded the classes. So we are all on the same journey together, but you can be wherever you like, you could choose to practice in the morning or the evening.

I hope you can make it, but if you can’t not to worry, the classes will be recorded and uploaded within 4 hours from when we have a LIVE so you can catch up as soon as you can

This challenge and my style of teaching in general is open to EVERYONE and to all levels. You can adjust your practice to your level. Go slowly and take breaks if you are a beginner or make it stronger and push a handstand in there if you are more advanced, it is up to you, all is welcome!
